ColdFusion Builder Extension for Visual Studio Code Update 6

Debugger security: The extension now authenticates to the ColdFusion Jetty debugger using a new token-based protocol (X-Debug-Token). The token is retrieved via DBG_GET_DEBUG_SERVER_INFO and sent with all subsequent debugger requests. This is backward-compatible with older ColdFusion servers that don't issue a token. This release also adds clearer error messages when a debugger session fails to launch or stop, along with more detailed output-channel logging to help diagnose debugger connection issues.
