Embedding model configuration options

Add and name embedding model setups (config alias + provider such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, Ollama, Gemini, or local All-MiniLM), so CFML and vector store settings can reuse them. Saved entries appear under Configured embedding models (action, provider, model name)
This Add Embedding Model configuration screen lets administrators register embedding models so ColdFusion apps can generate vector embeddings from text. Introductory copy explains that these setups can be referenced from CFML and from vector store configuration. You enter a configuration alias (for example, myEmbed), choose a provider from the list (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Service, Mistral AI, Ollama, Gemini, or All-MiniLM (Local)), then choose Add to save. The Configured embedding models section lists existing entries with Action, Provider, and Model name.
