Slack integration
Connect Guides Knowledge AI to a Slack workspace so team members can ask questions directly from Slack channels. Navigate to Settings → Slack integration .
Select an unassigned API key from the dropdown.
Create one under API keys if needed.
Click Add to Slack and authorize the Guides Knowledge AI app in your Slack workspace.
Once connected, verify the integration details shown on the tab: the linked workspace name, connection date, and the API key in use.
To disconnect, click Disconnect and confirm.
The API key is released and can be reassigned to another integration.
