Unanswered questions

The Unanswered questions tab lists questions where the chatbot could not find an answer, paginated at 20 per page. It is available on both standard and orchestrator domains, and can be filtered by time range (Last Week, Last Month, Last 3 Months). The table has these columns:

  • Question — the question as the user asked it.
  • Normalised Question — a cleaned, canonical form used to group near-duplicate questions.
  • Documents Searched — documents that were retrieved but were insufficient to answer. Each is a clickable link to its source. For orchestrator domains, this column groups the results by source domain name.
  • Date Asked — when the question was asked (sortable).

Use this report to find content gaps. Questions that appear repeatedly are strong candidates for new indexed content.
